McDonald’s Bringing Back Prosperity Burger & Launching Peach Ice Cream Desserts
Huat ah.
Chinese New Year is around the corner, which means one thing: the return of McDonald’s popular Prosperity Burgers. Other than the burgers, the fast food chain is also launching a new series of lucky Peach-flavoured ice cream desserts (after its well-received Peach Pie last CNY). The goodies will be available from January 16.

The Prosperity Burgers come in your choice of a single beef or chicken patty (from $5.70 each), and you can also get a double patty version (from $7.70 each). The patty is slathered in “black pepper sauce and topped with an abundance of sliced onions” and crammed between fluffy sesame seed buns.

You can also get the Prosperity Burger in a set meal with Twister Fries (it’s back too!), a Peach McFizz drink and a Mango Passionfruit Pie.

Every purchase of the Prosperity Feast also gets you a set of McDonald’s limited-edition 2020 ang pows. Each pack contains six ang pows with three unique designs.

There will also be a range of peach ice cream desserts to sweeten your new year, like McDonald’s classic soft serve cone infused with a peach flavour. Looks pretty and sounds yummy.

A cone that comes with both vanilla and peach soft serve.

Instead of the usual strawberry sundae with vanilla ice cream, this version comes with peach soft serve drizzled with strawberry sauce.

McFlurry with Oreo bits, but make it peach.

The recently-launched Mango Passionfruit Pie is still available as an ala carte item, for those of you who are interested.
Available from January 16 at McDonald’s outlets and via McDelivery and GrabFood.
