Felicia Chin Makes Chicken Soup For Zoe Tay And Aileen Tan, Who Joke That They're Taste-Testing It For Jeffrey Xu

 So what’s the verdict?

Talk about chicken soup for the soul.

On June 15, Ah Jie Zoe Tay, 54, shared a series of videos on IG Stories that Felicia Chin, 37, had popped by a gathering with a extra-heartwarming surprise for her and fellow actress Aileen Tan, 55: a nourishing pot of home-cooked chicken soup.

Aileen and Zoe are currently filming upcoming Mediacorp drama, Dark Angel.

According to Aileen and Zoe, this was Feli’s first time making the soup and that they had given the younger actress the recipe a few days earlier.

Aileen and Zoe first got the recipe from an ex-colleague, and they, in turn, passed it on to Feli.

Good soup doesn't come easy.

Felicia also reposted the videos, adding that it all started when the trio started chatting about the nutritional value of soup as Felicia loves drinking soup.

Aileen and Zoe were very proud of their protégé, of course.

As it turns out, Felicia bought three chickens 'cos she wanted to “experiment" before presenting her final product to them. Full marks for effort!

We wanna try some too!

But here's the number one question on everyone’s mind — was the soup good?

Well, it sure seems like it was.

Aileen exclaimed that it was “super fragrant”, giving it a thumbs up. Zoe was also a big fan of it, and even asked Felicia if she had “made chicken essence” instead of soup.

And so does Jeffrey.

After Zoe posted her IG Stories, an envious Jeffrey Xu, 33, reposted them, writing that he hasn’t had the chance to taste the soup made by his girlfriend.

And so, Zoe replied : "Us seniors helped you to taste-test the soup… Approved! Congrats, you’ll have great soup to drink in the future.”
