Hannah Quinlivan Injures Head In Accident At Home; Manager Says The Star’s “Family” Is With Her Now
Don’t worry, Mrs Jay Chou is in stable condition.
Taiwanese-Australian actress Hannah Quinlivan reportedly injured her head on Tuesday (Nov 23), forcing her to back out of a scheduled appearance at an event the next day.
The 28-year-old was supposed to attend a press conference organised by American fashion brand Coach, but due to the unexpected development, they had no choice but to postpone it to a later date.
When the Taiwanese media reached out to Hannah’s manager for more info, they learned that she had accidentally hit her head on the floor at home.
The manager added that when they went to Hannah’s place to check up on her, her head was “slightly red and swollen”. The mother-of-two was also feeling tired and a little dizzy but is fortunately doing fine otherwise.
However, the manager refrained from sharing any details about what caused the accident, only saying that Hannah has gone to the hospital for treatment and will be under observation for a few days.
They then reassured everyone that Hannah did not suffer a concussion and is in stable condition, so there is no need to worry about her.
As for whether Hannah’s husband, Mandopop star Jay Chou, 42, is there by her side taking care of her, all the manager said was: “The family is here.”
We’re sure Jay and their two kids, six-year-old daughter Hathaway and four-year-old son Romeo, are relieved that nothing more serious happened to Hannah.
Other celebs who have made the news for similar accidents include Hongkong singer-actress Gillian Chung, whose “serious head injury” left her with a 6cm wound on her forehead, and Taiwanese singer Angie Lee, who slipped and blacked out in her bathroom after hitting her head on the floor.
