HK film producer Tiffany Chen selling Macau luxury condo named after her on live stream
Prices for the condo, which she and billionaire husband Charles Heung took about 10 years to develop, start from S$1.19mil.
Like many in showbiz, Hong Kong film producer Tiffany Chen, 64, ventured into the lucrative live stream e-commerce market during the pandemic, and has since made quite a name for herself for selling luxury goods.
She is such a superb sales person that she once sold 300 million yuan (S$56mil) worth of designer bags in one session.
Recently, Tiffany announced that she will be selling luxury homes in an upcoming live stream.
The project is none other than Macau luxury condo Tiffany House owned by her husband, billionaire film producer Charles Heung’s film production company, China Star Entertainment Group.
Located next to Golden Lotus Square, Tiffany House consists of two towers of apartments, from studio to four-bedroom and sea-view duplex units, as well as retail space.
According to property websites, prices for the apartments start from HK$7mil (S$1.19mil).
It's her dream home
Tiffany said the project, which is named after her, is her dream home. It took her and Charles around 10 years to plan and develop and was finally completed in May 2022.
They also spared no expense to engage well-known Hong Kong designer William Chang to take care of the interior design.
We'd love to come home to this everyday
"Although the process was very arduous, when I saw the results, I felt that all my years of hard work had not been in vain,” said Tiffany.
She added that that she will be selling apartments on live stream on Jan 2 at 4pm, and hopes the condo will bring good luck and joy to residents.
Room with a view
It was previously reported that the project has received many enquiries from interested buyers, including late Macau casino tycoon Stanley Ho's daughter, actress Josie Ho.
