1 of 1 Mama Chou has definitely got her retirement plan settled

Although Jay is not directly involved in the operations of the company nor owns any shares, his mum Ye Huimei is one of Star Plus Legend's biggest shareholders.

She’s said to own 27.6 per cent of the shares, while JR Yang, who co-founded Jay Chou’s music label JVR Music, owns an equal amount.

Star Plus Legend also recently submitted an application to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

If approved, their Initial Public Offering (IPO) will likely increase Huimei and JR’s individual net worth exponentially and will continue to do so for as long as Jay remains popular.
