Mandopop king Jay Chou, 43, and his wife, 28-year-old Taiwanese-Australian actress Hannah Quinlivan, are about to welcome another member to their family.

You read that right. This afternoon (January 19), Jay posted a photo of himself and a very pregnant Hannah to confirm the impending arrival of their third child.

The couple, who just celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary, are also parents to six-year-old Hathaway and four-year-old Romeo.

“I originally wanted to make the announcement after the birth, but I didn’t think we could hide it,” wrote Jay. He also called the pregnancy “the most beautiful present”.

Jay celebrated his 43rd birthday yesterday (Jan 18).

Netizens, including famous friends like Vanness Wu, Shawn Yue, and Blackie Chen, soon flooded the comments section with their well-wishes.

Hathaway and Romeo are getting a younger sibling

Judging from the size of Hannah’s stomach, she is definitely quite a few months along, so they’ve certainly done an impressive job keeping the good news from the press.

In a photo that Hannah posted earlier in the day to wish her husband a happy birthday, she is seen wearing the same outfit, but her belly is conveniently hidden by her oversized jacket.
