Last month, NoonTalk Media artiste Kimberly Chia revealed that she’s now a married woman (and a mum-to-be!) on Instagram.

Apart from giving everyone a glimpse of her businessman husband, albeit only a view of his back, the 26-year-old actress also shared a picture of her engagement and wedding rings.

However, we weren’t exactly given a close-up shot of Kimberly’s two rings… until Sunday (Nov 14).

1 of 3 Ooh, shiny

A netizen had left a question on Kimberly’s IG Story, asking for a pic of her rings, as well as where they were from.

Kimberly replied soon after with a picture of her bling, revealing that her engagement ring is from local jeweller Sancy Jewellery, while her wedding band is from Chanel.

Super pretty, right?

  • 2 of 3 Sorry, who asked for your opinion?

But of course, it’s not the internet without a serving of unsolicited (and rude) opinions.

An hour after Kimberly shared the picture of her rings, she took to her IG Story again, this time, to share a screenshot of a very rude message she’d received.

As it turns out, a particularly bold netizen had replied directly to the actress’ IG story, writing: “Very small diamond”.

Wait, did anyone even ask for this netizen’s opinion?

  • 3 of 3 No need to compare diamonds, okay?

Luckily, Kimberly was not offended by the message.

“Not offended, just very tickled, she wrote in reply, adding: “Honestly, it’s never the size of the diamond but rather the person who gave it to you (sic). As long [as] I’m happy, nothing else matters.”
