Mayday’s Guan You Jumps Into Protective Dad Mode After 16-Year-Old Daughter Posts Sexy Photoshoot

Netizens are tickled pink by his reaction.

Mayday’s Liu Guan You, 49, recently made headlines for a very cute reason.

The drummer of the massively popular Taiwanese band tied the knot with Wang Xingzhi in 2006, after proposing to her on stage at his concert the year before. The couple has two daughters together, Roselyn Liu, 16, who is known as Xiao Mei Gui, as well as Xiao Qiang Wei, 13.

Guan You has always kept a low profile when it comes to his family, save for the occasional social media posts during birthdays and anniversaries.

Netizens have often praised Roselyn for her good looks, which many say she inherited from her mum.

So it would be totally understandable if her dad is very protective of her, right?

Dad does not approve of this pic

Recently, Roselyn, who is pursuing a modeling career, shared pics from a photoshoot she did with Taiwanese clothing brand Linli Boutique.

One of the photos featured Roselyn, who was dressed in a brown blazer with a simple white tank top and jeans, sitting on the ground.

However, it managed to capture her in a sexier light… which clearly did not sit well with her dad.

Two days after she shared the pics, Guan You left a comment, writing “What is [with] the second photo?”, referring to the aforementioned image.

Many fans found the rocker's reaction hilarious, leaving comments like “Here comes our father-in-law” and “Can you smell something sour? Turns out the jealous dad is here”.

They were also tickled by how it took two whole days for Guan You to find out about the post.
