Netizens Say HK Star Fiona Sit, 40, Looks Totally Different… Again

One netizen says the singer-actress looks like any random influencer now.

Last year, the internet couldn't stop staring at Hongkong singer-actress Fiona Sit. The reason? Netizens said she had a “new face”, so new, in fact, they “couldn't recognise" the 40-year-old.

At that time, some felt that Fiona had started to look like Chinese actress Fan Bingbing. Though the resemblance wasn’t obvious then, it’s now way more apparent.

Not just a filter

In a recent Instagram post, Fiona shared a video of her trying on a beauty filter, which gave her piercing blue eyes.

But of course, what netizens focused on weren’t her eyes.

Many noted that Fiona’s face and chin appeared to be getting sharper and sharper, and her nose bridge thinner and higher.

Fiona now

A number of super savage comments were left on Fiona's post as well. One netizen wrote that he thought he’d “followed the wrong account”, and was wondering who was “illegally using Fiona Sit’s Instagram”.

Another netizen begged: “Can you return back to how you used to look when you first entered showbiz?”

Finally, one netizen wrote: “I liked the old you! Now you just look like any other influencer. I can’t tell you apart from them”.

In other related news, Fiona will be appearing on the third season of Chinese reality competition Sisters Who Make Waves. She’ll be going up against celebs like Taiwanese singer-actress Valen Hsu, fellow Hongkong stars Gillian Chung and Charlene Choi, and Chinese singer Na Ying, who won the second season of the show.
