Rosamund Kwan’s Younger Brother Is A Successful Fengshui Master In Hong Kong
Eric Kwan, 48, was once declared bankrupt following a series of failed investments, but later found success as a fengshui master.
It's common knowledge that Rosamund Kwan, 59, has a famous father: '60s matinee idol Kwan Shan.
But did you know that her younger brother, Eric Kwan, 48, is successful in his own right too?
Though the siblings are rarely photographed together, they are reportedly pretty close and rumour has it that Rosamund, who is single with no kids, plans to leave Eric her NT$2bil (S$94.5mil) fortune.

Recently, Eric, who is a highly-regarded fengshui master in Hong Kong, shared pics from their gathering with friends, and he unwittingly became the centre of attention.
According to Eric’s website, he has always had an interest in fengshui.
In 2004, he picked up fengshui from famous Hong Kong master So Mun Fung, and now specialises in palm and face-reading, as well as using Chinese metaphysics to improve luck.
According to reports, last year, Eric bought a 625 sq ft unit in luxury condo Hillsborough Court for HK$16.25mil (S$2.9mil).
Located in Hong Kong’s affluent Mid-Levels district, the apartment is near Rosamund’s swanky 3,000 sq ft abode at Tregunter Towers on The Peak.
The value of the property, which she bought in 2018 for HK$135mil (S$23mil), is said to have risen to around HK$156mil (S$28mil).
Wonder if it has anything to do with Eric’s fengshui tips.

But things weren’t always smooth sailing for Eric.
Eric, who used to live in the United States, returned to Hong Kong when he was 20.
Many expected Eric, who inherited his dad's good looks, to become an actor too, but he went into insurance instead.
He filed for bankruptcy when his investments went south and later switched careers to become a fengshui master.
