Sammi Cheng Accused Of Being An Irresponsible Driver After She Posts Car Selfie; She Says She Was Just A Passenger

The Hongkong pop diva also revealed that she actually has a phobia of driving.

Sammi Cheng, 49, is a fan of selfies. We mean, haven't we all seen her sweaty workout selfies, that are, let's be honest, only flattering for the Hongkong pop diva?

Recently, Sammi posted a video of herself in her car with not a lick of make-up on and dressed in what we assume to be gym wear.

Her seatbelt was properly fastened and she was grooving to the stylised sounds of BigBang's highly-raved new single 'Still Life' with the wind running through her milk tea-coloured hair.

Sounds good, doesn't it?

However, one netizen didn't think so.

"Takes selfies even when driving. Even if you don't cherish your own life, don't endanger others," admonished the netizen.

Sammi, ever so calm and collected, then replied: "I was just a passenger, I was not driving. I was once involved in a car accident so I have a phobia of driving. I haven't driven in many years. Thank you for your concern."

The netizen then realised her mistake and went on to apologise to Sammi, writing: "I thought you were driving and I really hate irresponsible drivers. I misunderstood you, I am sorry!"

See, who says people can't have civil conversations on the internet?
