It all started when Chantalle Ng posted a #throwback snap on her Instagram Story.
According to the 25-year-old, she'd been tagged in this eight-year-old photo that featured the cast, including Xu Bin, of 2014 drama World At Your Feet.
It turns out that eight years ago, Ge Ge and Fang Cao already knew each other, wrote Chantalle, referring to their characters from immensely popular Mediacorp drama My Star Bride.
When 8days.sg called Chantalle for a quick chat about the pic, the actress revealed that she didn't even realise that Xu Bin was in the picture with her.
It didn't even register [to me] that Xu Bin was next to me [when we took that photo]. We weren't that close until My Star Bride. I knew that I was standing next to Aloysius [Pang], and that Kimberly [Chia] was somewhere there, but only after seeing the photo again, did I realise that Xu Bin was right beside me. It was such a coincidence. From just standing beside each other eight years ago, and now, being in the same production again, she said.

Yes, fans of My Star Bride, here's a piece of news to brighten up your day. Chantalle and Xu Bin will be reuniting onscreen in upcoming longform drama, The Heartland Hero, though just for two episodes.
We know, we know, its just two episodes, but hey, we'll take what we can get. And we're sure Fang Cao and Ge Ge shippers feel the same way too.
It's interesting because [The Heartland Hero] has the same producer as My Star Bride, Chantalle shared.
Sadly, there isn't much to reveal about their guest spot — Chantalle and Xu Bin haven't even gone for their imaging yet.
In the meantime, Chantalle will be reuniting onscreen with another World At Your Feet co-star— Kimberly Chia, whom she's starring alongside in upcoming drama Live Your Dreams, which is set to air in September.
“[Kimberly and I] teared up one night while filming [Live Your Dreams] 'cos we were talking about how we are still such good friends,” Chantalle said.
Looks like her fans have a lot to look forward to in the coming months.
