Insta-Buzz: What The Stars Were Up To This Week
Here are some of our favourite snaps from the past week.
In this week’s Insta-buzz, we’ve got a very welcome surprise visitor, loads of love and celebration (guess who had an absolutely gorgeous wedding celebration this weekend?), hand-painted art galore and a Curious Case of Benjamin-Button situation.
Read on for more!
The newly-married Kelly sure is starting off the week right, by dropping these absolutely gorgeous pictures from her pre-wedding shoot on Instagram, complete with multiple outfit changes. But wait… there’s more.

Congrats, Kelly! The happy couple threw a wedding bash to celebrate their union on Saturday (Nov 21) in Taiwan. And yes, a couple of our Taiwan-based local celebs joined in on the festivities too, like Huang Jinglun, and Yvonne Lim.

Yep, that’s Sengkang MP, Raeesah Khan, with Siti. And according to Siti’s caption, not only did Raeesah attend the (sold-out) show, she even prepared a handwritten card for the actress. Aww…

We’re not sure how long the jet-setting star will be back in town for, but it looks like he already has a very busy schedule ahead of him, with a number of his friends clamouring for a catch-up sesh in the comments section. Welcome home!

Okay, it really shouldn’t come as a surprise how artistically-inclined Jeanette Aw is. After all, she is an illustrator, director, actress, and baker (did we miss out anything?). And so, it stands to reason that her collaboration with local lifestyle goods brand Supermama is crazy pretty. The porcelain plate, which went on sale on Friday (Nov 20) at Supermama’s website, boasts a design inspired by Singapore’s national flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim, and Jeanette’s original character, Sol.

Or more accurately, #WFW (work from warehouse) things.
That day, I was hosting Mdada's live (P.S: Mdada’s a Facebook livestream page selling varied beauty and wellness products started by Pornsak, Michelle Chong and Addy Lee) and had to go on a zoom interview on [Channel 8] around the same time. I left my live streaming station, found a comfortable spot, flipped my laptop and I was on TV. We live in such exciting times. Let's embrace every single moment. Enjoy da ride. The actor, who’s starring in upcoming Mediacorp drama Old Soul looks pretty enamoured with his new look, which sees him seated in front of a make-up mirror for hours on end in order to reveal his older self.
Unfortunately, it looks like Romeo’s niece and nephew aren’t exactly in love with this new look.
Took me awhile to convince them for this picture…
Me: Skyler and Stacy, come let's take a pic together.
Skyler: errr... You are?
Stacy: ... *door slam* (sic),” Romeo shared in his caption.

According to the actress, she injured her hand while filming last week, but did not seek medical advice, despite the initial pain.
However, after five to six days, she realised that her hand was still hurting. And after going to a TCM practitioner, she found out that she’d actually fractured a bone in her hand.
Ouch!
“The point of this is to tell [everyone] not to think that everything’s fine just ‘cos you’re able to get up and walk after falling. Quickly make your way to the doctor’s for treatment or medicine. Not only will you be able to recover faster, you’ll be able to heal properly,” Sora wrote.

The PS5 is finally here, and for these stars, it’s not an Instagram AR filter trick. Amongst the many gamers who got their eager hands on the gaming console in the week after its launch are Lee Teng, Ian Fang and Joakim Gomez.
