Not one, but two celebs (guess who?) flew back to Singapore from Taiwan and are currently serving their quarantine.

We were also reminded of how important it is to remain vigilant in the fight against COVID-19 when the cruise ship Love 972 DJ Kenneth Kong had to return to Singapore after a fellow passenger tested positive.

1 of 13 Tracy Lee wrote a poignant message to her late husband

On July 16, which would have been her late husband's 45th birthday, the ex-Mediacorp actress wrote: With a calm inner strength, I picked out a piece of our memories that has been locked away in my heart without crying.

She continued, I know that we won't be able to see each other any time soon, but I strongly believe that you're being well taken care of in heaven. Even though I'm sad, I'll still hold on to our promise. #I'llSeeYouInHeaven

2 of 13 Kate Pang returned to Singapore from Taiwan on an almost-empty flight

I felt like I booked the entire flight for myself since I was the only one in the cabin, quipped Kate. The actress-host is currently serving her 14-day SHN.

3 of 13 Welcome home (again) JJ Lin!

Kate's not the only celeb who flew in from Taiwan. Pop superstar JJ is currently under quarantine after returning to Singapore for the second time this year.

While there's no word on how long he'll be back for this time, it's said he returned to get his COVID-19 vaccine.

4 of 13 Love 972 jock Kenneth Kong and his family returned to shore after their Covid-cancelled cruise trip

One cruise trip that made headlines, and [one that] we'll never forget, the Love 972FM jock said of his vacay that got cut short after a passenger on board tested positive for COVID-19.

He shared photos of him and his kids at home after returning to shore, and since no news is good news, we assume that he and his family are well.

5 of 13 Bonnie Loo celebrated her birthday by delivering drinks to TTSH

While most of us are content with having cake, Bonnie personally delivered drinks to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on her birthday to thank the staff for selflessly working on the frontlines. Talk about a birthday well-spent.

6 of 13 Jeremy Chan & Jesseca Liu celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary...

You'll always be my queen [and] I'll always be your king, Jeremy gushed on his IG on July 16. Jesseca, on the other hand, made do with a simple, Just married……………4 years ago .

Cute.

  • 9 of 13 Nurul Aini answered a question husbands always ask

Married women have probably heard their husbands ask this: Why you always never smile at home?

In response, Nurul filmed this hilarious vid where she smiled (slightly creepily, we might add) while doing household chores. Safe to say, we don't think her husband will be asking that question again.

10 of 13 Thomas Ong made fun of the KTV cluster

Amidst the worry and frustration that's surrounding the growing KTV cluster, Thomas quipped, The air outside has always been better than the air in KTVs.

We couldn't have said it better.

11 of 13 Joshua Tan gave a shout-out to Shane Pow after the latter was sentenced to jail for drunk driving

Joshua was the only celeb to dedicate a post to Shane, who was sentenced to five weeks' jail for his second drink driving conviction.

I know you’ll pick yourself up and emerge stronger,” Joshua wrote. “Take care brother, to be able to own up to one’s mistakes and change for the better is the greatest virtue.”

12 of 13 Chen Xiuhuan shared this hidden gem with her followers

At first glance, we'd have thought that this photo was taken overseas but this picture perfect spot is actually in the Botanic Gardens.

Xiuhuan said, Behind me is Gallop House. Built in 1898, it is the oldest black and white house in Singapore. It was once the site of the French Embassy and after it has been refurbished, it now houses the new Forest Discovery Centre, comprising [of] the Forest Exploration Museum, where you can learn about the forest ecosystem, and the Forest Quest Museum, which takes you through the animal and plant environment.

Don't say good things never share.
