Check Out Coco Lee’s Swanky $27mil Home, Where The Parking Lot Alone Costs $14.8mil
Wait, what if you have more than one car?
Last month, we managed to catch a glimpse of Hongkong pop diva Coco Lee’s home sweet home (and her toned body) when she uploaded this TikTok outtake on her Instagram. And since then, we’ve been treated to even more short clips that inadvertently show off her swanky abode, thanks to her newfound love for TikTok.
According to reports, Coco bought a 300 square metre duplex unit near Shouson Hill in 2016. At the time of transaction, the parking lot for the unit alone costs HK$82mil (S$14.8mil). The unit was purchased by an investment company owned by Coco’s husband, Canadian billionaire Bruce Rockowitz, and its current market value is believed to be over HK$150mil (S$27.1mil).
Apart from the gorgeous sea view, Coco’s home also has a super huge living room, decked out in pristine white furniture. The 45-year-old also showed off her private garden in an Instagram post, revealing that she managed to grow “onions, tomatoes, mangoes, bananas, eggplants, coriander, mint, thyme, rosemary, avocadoes, basil and more”.
That’s not all. Coco’s kitchen is the envy of all home-cooks as well, with loads of counter space and the latest kitchen gadgets. Damn.
