Christine Fan’s 6-Year-Old Son Told Her To “Use Her Head” When She Lost A Puzzle Game To Him
Looks like poor Christine isn’t spared from criticism even in her own home.
Taiwanese singer Christine Fan is definitely no stranger to receiving harsh criticism from netizens (see here, here, here, here, here, and here), especially after she ticked a lot of people off by lambasting the Taiwanese government for halting the export of masks during the early stages of the pandemic.
But what happens when the not-so-nice remark comes from a member of her own family?
On Tuesday (Jul 6), Christine, 45, posted a few photos of her and one of her six-year-old twin sons, River, playing a kind of puzzle game called Lianliankan.
As you can probably tell from the boy’s cheeky expressions, he was having much better luck at the game than his poor mum, and he certainly wasn’t afraid to rub it in her face.
According to Christine’s caption, after River won, he rolled his eyes, pointed at his head, and scoffed at her, “Mommy, use your head please (sic).” Ouch.
By the way, is anyone else reminded of the time Hongkong actor Anthony Wong called Christine “a person who is long on hair but short on knowledge”?
Naturally, Christine was not very pleased, and called River a “naughty naughty naughty brat”, complete with a string of annoyed emojis.
Netizens, on the other hand, were quite amused, with some saying that River probably got his sass from his dad, Taiwanese host Blackie Chen.
Other comments include: “Haha, he really is a brat, but he’s your own flesh and blood, so you have to hold back”, “River, your mum let you win”, “Mama lets him get away with too much”, and the far more encouraging “It means River is very smart, Mama should be proud”.
