K-drama oppa Lee Min Ho has been in the news a lot lately, thanks to his starring role in The King: Eternal Monarch. So it's of no surprise that anything remotely related to him has become talking points again.

It's not brand new information that Min Ho lives in Mark Hills, an upscale condo development located in the Heukseok-dong neighbourhood in Seoul. Recently, it made the news again simply because someone realised that the 32-year-old heartthrob is neighbours with the other K-Hunk-Of-The-Moment Crash Landing On You’s Hyun Bin.

Recently, Korean news variety show TMI News gave fans a peek into the high-end development Hyun Bin, 37, and Min Ho call home.

Mark Hills boasts a gorgeous panoramic view of Seoul’s skyline which can be seen from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen (imagine making breakfast while gazing at Namsan Tower).

With the building closely guarded by security and with only two units on each of the building’s 21 floors, it’s only natural that Mark Hills is an in-demand residential property among the rich and famous.

Besides Min Ho and Hyun Bin, actor Jang Dong Gun and his wife, actress Ko So Young also live there. They reportedly moved into the same building after getting hitched in 2010. Other celebrities who call Mark Hills home include F(x)’s Krystal, her sister Jessica Jung from SNSD, retired figure skater Kim Yuna as well as Big Bang’s Daesung.

Apart from Mark Hills, Seoul Forest Galleria Foret in the Seongdong district is another celeb-favoured property. The luxurious development consists of two 45-story buildings which overlooks the Han River, Namsan Tower and Lotte Tower.

Kim Soo Hyun, who will be making his TV comeback in upcoming drama It's Okay To Not Be Okay, was thought to have forked out some 4.02bil won (S$4.8mil) for his crib in the building. He was once neighbours with G-Dragon, who reportedly paid more than 3.3bil won (S$3.8mil) for his unit, according to Mirror Media. However, the Big Bang member has since moved to a swanky new penthouse worth S$10.4mil, which you can read about here.

And as if owning an apartment in Galleria Foret isn’t expensive enough, it was also reported that residents still have to cough out S$2,300 in maintenance fees monthly. But it’s not like they can’t afford it anyway.
