Leon Lai's Ex-Wife Gaile Lok And Her Husband Celebrated Their Anniversary With A Takeout Meal At Home

COVID-19 may have put a damper on many birthdays and celebrations but that doesn’t mean you can’t make the most of it at home. Just look at Hongkong model Gaile Lok.

The 39-year-old recently wrote on Instagram about how she celebrated her anniversary with her husband, businessman Ian Chu.

Staying home during this pandemic and supporting our local businesses. For our anniversary this year, we decided to stay in and order some spicy food from our favourite restaurant San Xi Lou,” she wrote in her caption.

Gaile also added that she had decided to register Ian for a COVID-19 plan with an insurance company as a present, calling it a “gift that is even more meaningful in these times”.

As for their son Hunter’s first birthday, the family-of-three also had a quiet celebration at home. Gaile revealed that she ordered pizza and cake to be delivered to their house for a small ‘Baby Shark’-themed party.

Turns out, Gaile has also been making use of this period to bond with Hunter.

“I’ve been enjoying the time spent with Hunter the most. Usually, I’ll cook, clean the house and straighten it up. Time passes very quickly,” she said.
