Just two months after tying the knot, former Singaporean singer Stella Huang and her British husband, Jon, are expecting their first child.

She announced the good news in an Instagram post on her 43rd birthday yesterday (Dec 17), writing: “The best birthday gift! 3 + 1 ! My 2 favourite boys and a little one on the way!”

In the pic, Stella and Jon are beaming while cradling her baby bump, with her 11-year-old son Ashton holding a bouquet of flowers beside her.

Though Stella did not reveal how far along she is, she looks to be in her second trimester.

Fans and friends including local stars Ivy Lee, Hong Huifang, Yvonne Lim and Chen Xiuhuan flooded her Instagram with congratulatory messages as well as birthday wishes.

Congrats!

Stell was previously married to Taiwanese entrepreneur Armstrong Yeh for nine years and the family-of-three was based in Vancouver.

After her divorce in 2019, she and Ashton moved back to Singapore.

Stella and Jon tied the knot at Dempsey Hill in Oct this year

Jon, 50, works in the pharmaceutical field, and is father to a pair of 13-year-old twin daughters from a previous marriage.

Jon and Stella reportedly met through on a dating app, and dated for almost three years before getting married in an intimate ceremony at Dempsey Hill on Oct 15.
