Non-uni grads, rise! Lee Yeon-Hee (Welcome to Wedding Hell) stars in this workplace dramedy as a PR exec battling prejudice as she struggles to scale the corporate ladder despite the lack of academic qualifications. The 12-part serial also stars Hong Jong-Hyun, Moon So-Ri and Jung Yun-Ho.

Black Knight

Grab meets Mad Max! This six-part webcomic-inspired sci-fi series is set in 2017 when the air is so bad that everyone stays indoors and relies on badass couriers — aka knights — to bring them essential supplies. Our Blues’ Kim Woo-Bin plays Knight 5-8, one of the top knights who takes a refugee (Kang You-Seouk) under his wing.

Air

Who knew a movie about footwear can be this exciting? Believe the hype: it is. Ben Affleck stars and directs this compelling origin story of Nike’s Michael Jordan-inspired line of sneakers, with Matt Damon and Jason Bateman as the execs who must persuade the then-wunderkind’s mother (Viola Davis) to sign with them, and Chris Messina as Jordan’s combative agent. The Mother

It’s a big week for Affleck. He also has a new movie, Hypnotic, out in cinemas this week, as does his other half, Jennifer Lopez with this action thriller. She plays as an assassin who comes out of hiding to protect her estranged daughter from some really, really bad people (led by Joseph Fiennes) from her past. Niko Caro (Mulan) directs the mayhem.

Queen Cleopatra

Netflix drew flak (translation, free publicity!) for casting Adele James, a British actress of mixed heritage to play the Egyptian monarch in this Jada Pinkett Smith-produced docuseries. So did Cleopatra have African roots? Watch this show and save the questions for your history teacher.
