Taiwanese Actress Di Ying, 60, Reveals What She Eats Every Day To Remain Trim & Fit At Her Age

You would need a lot of discipline.

Taiwanese Actress Di Ying, 60, has been in showbiz for almost 40 years and her youthful appearance and slim figure have made her the envy of many.

Just last year, she made the news after posting a series of posters emblazoned with boomer-like good morning messages and images of her posing in tight clothes.

Here's what her regular dinner looks like

A few days ago, Di Ying took to her social media to share her weight-loss meals, along with pics of what she has for breakfast and dinner on the regular.

Her dinner consists of a kiwi, a bowl of white rice, fresh lettuce and a small bowl of chicken soup (sans chicken).

She revealed that she eat this meal every day at around 5-6pm and then has a bowl of yogurt an hour later.

She also reminded her followers to “never eat supper 'cos over time, it will cause Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) which is bad for the body”.

No pain, no gain?

For breakfast, she has some ginger water, an apple, fresh lettuce, two hard-boiled eggs, cheese milk toast and a cup of sesame milk.

On top of all that, Di Ying also drinks a huge bottle of red tea and eats a bowl of
 — you guessed it  — yogurt.

Her meals are said to be very simple yet nutritious, and we would think cost efficient too.

Aside from eating healthy Di Ying also shared that she and her son, Edward Sun, 22, often visit the gym to work out together.

And that’s why they say beauty comes with a price…

Can you believe this hot mum is 60?

Many impressed netizens left comments such as: “To eat like this every day, you would really need a lot of self-control” and “[Her meals] are so light, I don’t know how she does it”.

Others were also interested in how long she’s been working out.

To that, Di Ying revealed that she has been exercising consistently for 20 years, which is how she’s managed to maintain her impressive physique all this while.
