This Week’s Best-Dressed Local Stars: Dec 11-18
The most stylish celeb OOTDs of the week.
The stars dialled up the drama this week with Fiona Xie, Rui En, and Tong Bingyu rocking bold and striking looks. Meanwhile, Jamie Yeo wowed in her cheongsam, and Fann Wong and her son Zed look super adorbs in their festive-appropriate looks.
Fann Wong and Zed Lee
Fann and her seven-year-old son Zed were decked in festive-appropriate plaid outfits by Ralph Lauren, looking super cheery and ready for Christmas.
Desmond Tan
Dressed in a stylish long navy coat, printed shirt and statement pants, the newly-wedded actor, who is currently holidaying with his wife in France, posed like a pro in front of a postcard- worthy backdrop.
Jamie Yeo
It's not even Christmas but it seems like Jamie’s already planning for Chinese New Year. This modern-day qipao from Fairebelle features intricate lace details that add an extra touch of luxe and femininity to her look.
Michelle Chong
We did a double-take when we saw Michelle looking all glammed up in this classy black and white two-piece. The wide and flowy sleeves added a dollop of drama to her look. Love.
Fiona Xie
Fiona went for a big and bold look, donning a tone-on-tone ensemble featuring a statement coat with fingers-like sleeves. We’re not sure how practical the jacket is, but at least it looks cute for the ’gram.
Zoe Tay
Zoe styled her monogram skirt with a simple black tank top and tan belt for a fab date night-worthy look. That megawatt smile is the icing on the cake.
Rui En
Rui En suited up for a photoshoot, looking sharp and sophisticated in a pin stripe suit by Acne Studios and pussy bow top by Tory Burch.
Joanne Peh
Joanne, who was recently crowned Best Actress at the Asian Television Awards, showed off her sultry side in a long V-neck marble print dress by Fendi.
Tong Bing Yu
We ab-solutely love the contrasting hues on Bing Yu’s OOTD. The yellow frilly top, paired with a light blue jacket, added youthful vibes to her look.
Chen Yixin and Gavin Teo
How cute do Yixin and boyfriend Gavin look all dressed up for a photoshoot? We especially dig Gavin's Prince-like getup.
Jesseca Liu
Jesseca’s outfit shows how simple it is to look chic and elegant — a timeless pleated frock, slip- ons and a classic shoulder bag are all you need. We love that she opted for a patterned strap for her purse to show her fun-loving side.
Nick Teo
We can always count on Nick to dress to impress. For the press conference of Mr Zhou Ghost Stories, Nick donned an edgy black set by Yohji Yamamoto, matching the dark and mysterious theme of the horror drama.
Kit Chan
Arguably one of the most stylish homegrown singers, Kit looked great in this sporty and athleisure-inspired getup comprising of a blazer with joggers and sneakers by Brunello Cucinelli. It’s a look that can easily transit from office to gym.
He Yingying
For a simple yet forever stylish party-appropriate outfit, check out Yingying’s black pleated jumpsuit. She styled it with a sparkling chocker necklace and earrings for added pizzazz.
Carrie Wong
Never mind that Carrie's outfit of Dior fleece vest, turtleneck top and black pants is too hot for the outdoors in Singapore, at least the actress looks super cool in it.
Phyllis Quek
Phyllis, who is now in Sydney, nailed off-day style to a T. She elevated the classic boyfriend shirt and jeans combo with a wide brim straw hat, injecting a holiday mood into her look.
Tay Ying
Looking classy and chic, Tay Ying layered a sharp and structured jacket with a simple black and white top and mini shorts for a weekend-ready ensemble.
Chantalle Ng
Playful dressing takes centrestage in Chantalle’s OOTD above. The actress was spotted in an eccentric set by Moschino that features number prints. Love the cropped bolero jacket.
Kimberly Chia
Less is definitely more for Kimberly, who looked sweet and party-ready in a minimalist black toga dress.
Hayley Woo
Matching sets have been huge this year and we like how Hayley’s printed two-piece above boast a snug fit that flaunts her figure beautifully. The busy prints serve as great attention grabbers too.
