This Week’s Best-Dressed Local Stars: May 21 – 28

The most stylish celeb OOTDs of the week.

This week, Chantalle Ng, Jacelyn Tay and Rui En led the stylish celebrity pack with their fun and fabulous get-ups, while JJ Lin and Carrie Wong jazzed up their look with chic and timeless pieces. Read on for more.

Jacelyn Tay

Hair and makeup? Check. Cute LBD? Yes. Now all Jacelyn needs to do is slip on a pair of stilettos and she's set for a night on the dancefloor.

Rebecca Lim

Several fans commented that Becks looks like a fairy in this romantic floral prairie dress and we can’t say we disagree.

JJ Lin

We’re not sure if JJ, who attended the premiere of Top Gun: Maverick, was going for the aviation-inspired look with his rugged denims and studded leather jacket, but at least he looked pretty cool.

Chantalle Ng

Never mind that it’s way too hot to wear this head-to-toe cyan ensemble outdoors, we love the fringed cable knit top and knee-high boots on Chantalle.

Zhang Zetong

Denim-on-denim is a combo that never gets old. Take a cue from Zetong who paired his denim jacket with jeans in the same wash. If, like Zetong, you’re worried that you might look like you’re wearing a onesie, break up the look with a white tee.

Rui En

We love how bright and cheery Rui En looks in this colourful printed silk set from Song of Style. It's just the kind of outfit we need to celebrate the weekend.

Carrie Wong

Too shy to wear bralette out on its own? Layer it over a fitted top like Carrie for a stylish OOTD. The denim bralette and matching pants are from Prada.

Eleanor Lee

Eleanor paired a pink cropped twin set with denim skirt for a fun ensemble that's girly on top and party-ready waist down.

Jamie Yeo

Also looking sweet in pink was Jamie who donned a kebaya top from online boutique Fairbelle, aptly named “The Little Nyonya Kebaya”.

Fiona Xie

Fiona looked equal parts elegant and sultry posing by the water in a dotted figure-hugging dress from Dolce and Gabbana..

Sonia Chew

Sonia was spotted at a Fenty event looking striking in a chainmail cropped top and black skirt. And yes, that's Kane Lim from Bling Empire.

Chen Xiuhuan

Anyone else getting Belle (from Beauty and the Beast) feels from this look? Xiuhuan even accessorised with a sunshine yellow Prada purse for a monochromatic look.

Nurul Aini

Meanwhile, Nurul and her hubby Sofian Roslan looked like they walked out from the set of Grease in their matching leather get-ups.

Cheryl Wee

So effortlessly chic is Cheryl in this cutout frock from ASTR The Label. The Cult Gaia rattan bag is the icing on the cake.

Tong Bing Yu

Looking goddess-like is Bing Yu in this Greek-inspired pleated gown by Malaysian fashion designer Khoon Hooi. Stunning!

Kimberly Wang

Kim looked a vision when she attended a Macallan event in this elegant sheer number from Dior. She styled it with simple gold tone jewellery for an understated glam look.

Tay Ying

With her tinted Gentle Monster shades and metallic puffer set from Moncler, Tay Ying looked especially cool in this futuristic get-up. Not crazy about the pose that makes her look neck-less, though.

Hong Ling

We love how effortless and elegant Hong Ling looks in this Guess lace-up dress. Less definitely is more.

Seow Sin Nee

For the perfect weekend brunch date outfit inspo, consider Sin Nee’s chic tweed shorts suit, which she paired with a cropped top to show off a sliver of abs.

Kiki Lim

We almost couldn’t recognise the Star Search 2019 finalist in this fierce get-up. While we like how edgy Kiki looks, we’re not fans of the crazy ripped jeans which look like they’ve been through a shredder.

Zhai Siming

Siming cleaned up real nice this week, donning a smart casual look of striped blazer with white pants and tie. Shuai!
