This Week’s Best-Dressed Local Stars: Sep 24 – Oct 1

The most stylish celeb OOTDs of the week.

Between the fashion events and F1 parties, there were plenty of opportunities for celebrities to get dressed up this week. From JJ Lin and Paige Chua’s minimalist get-ups to Sora Ma, Jade Rasif and He Ying Ying’s look-at-me pieces, here are the looks we love.

Jesseca Liu

Jesseca gave us school-girl-meets-fashion-girl with this Dior look. Love how she livened her earthy tone outfit with a houndstooth purse and purple striped socks.

Paige Chua

Sporting a minimalist, one-shoulder gown, Paige looked radiant and flawless as always as she worked her poses for the camera.

Fiona Xie

On their own, the turtleneck and tights, with their muted floral print, remind us of upholstery. But when paired with the clashing Roberto Cavalli tartan skirt they make a show-stopping look.

JJ Lin

Not only did JJ win five awards, including Top Local Artiste Of The Year and Top Local Songwriter Of The Year, at the Compass Awards 2022, he also won in the style stakes. He kept things dapper with a twist in a Louis Vuitton navy printed suit which he accessorised with a chain necklace.

Sora Ma

Also at the Compass Awards was Sora who looked gorgeous in a one shoulder jumpsuit. The bow detail and slit hems added an extra dose of drama to her look.

Jean Danker

Check out that grin! Jean was super stoked to interview Alfa Romeo F1 driver Valtteri Bottas and looked fab doing it. Love the cute pink frock and what Jean calls, her “robot chic” look.

Jade Rasif

Hot wheels, even hotter outfit! Jade was spotted at a McLaren event looking va-va-voom in a sequin bikini top, cropped blazer and black tights.

He Yingying

Clad in a chainmail dress, Yingying looked like she was ready to hit the town and party the night away.

Chen Xiuhuan

Seeing double? Xiuhuan and her daughter Shalynn Tsai were decked in matchy-matchy outfits — right down to their purses — for their day out. Cute.

Nick Teo

Nick attended a Bulgari event looking like a cross between Grease's Danny Zuko and RoboCop — in a good way. He even joked that he can pretty much, um, shoulder anything now. Hur hur.

Bonnie Loo

Looking brighter than the sun was Bonnie in this green co-ord set. She topped off the look with a Tory Burch crossbody and white kicks.

Carrie Wong

Carrie stepped out in a party-ready eyelet frock that's equal parts sweet and flirty.

Xu Bin and Sonia Chew

How cute are Xu Bin and Sonia who showed up at a Montblanc event in twinning looks. They made us want to suit up too.

Sheryl Ang

Looking effortless and stunning was Sheryl posing in Etro printed pieces. We dig the chaotic-chic aesthetic.

Diana Ser

Diana made businesswear look effortless and elegant with this combo of tweed jacket, Chanel belt and black pants.

Cheryl Wee

Here's another girlboss look we like. Cheryl cut a dashing figure in an all-white look which she accented with a cropped cape blazer.

Denise Camillia Tan

Spotted at a Montblanc pop-up event, Denise rocked a black toga dress and kept her accessories minimal for an understated glamorous look. We hate to admit but the longer we look at her dress, the more it reminds us of a garbage bag.

Yasminne Cheng

Yasminne was the picture of old Hollywood glam in a glittery gold number at a fundraiser for the Down Syndrome Association. The waterfall of curls completed the look.

Azura Goh

Ria 897 DJ Azura nailed her preppy meets party outfit with aplomb. Our favourite piece? The plaid blazer that features an asymmetric design.

Jernelle Oh

Also oozing Hollywood glamour was Jernelle who looked elegant in a black peplum dress at a Bulgari event.
