Yvonne Lim And Her Family Return To Taiwan, Dressed In PPE Suits, After 2 Months In Singapore
They will have to quarantine for a total of 21 days in Taiwan.
In late August this year, Yvonne Lim, 45, and her family — her husband former B.A.D member-turned-businessman Alex Tien, 41, as well as their two kids, AJ, six, and Alexa, four, — returned to Singapore for a visit.
The last time the family-of-four were here was December 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic.
When 8days.sg spoke to Yvonne in August this year, she shared that her family planned to stay for “about a month”, and that she was here to visit friends and family, as well as get vaccinated.
In the end, they ended up staying in Singapore for about two months, with Yvonne managing to squeeze in loads of catch-up sessions with her celeb friends and loved ones.
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.
It's about time for [Alex] to return to work…[AJ and Alexa] to be back in school after attending online classes for about 2 months…” Yvonne wrote on Instagram yesterday (Oct 22).
She also posted pictures of her family at Changi Airport, dressed in full PPE suits.
Yvonne mentioned previously that AJ was actually missing out on school due to their visit to Singapore. He was supposed to start Primary 1 in Taiwan in end-August.
Honestly it really feels great to be back home where I am most comfortable, I will definitely be missing my dear ones, friends & food so much,” she went on to write in English.
Yvonne also shared in a caption written in Chinese that she’s “very grateful to be able to return [to her] home country to visit everyone” after “waiting for two years” and that her family is very thankful for all the love and care that everyone extended to them.
“My kids could feel [the love and care]. and even said that they hope to return quickly, to stay in Singapore for as long as possible”, she went on to write.
Yvonne’s post was filled with comments from netizens and celeb friends alike, wishing her a safe journey back.
