PM Lee to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping during visit to China

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will meet Chinese President Xi Jinping during his visit to China from March 27 to April 1

Mr Lee will visit Guangzhou, Bo’ao and Beijing at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang, the Prime Minister's Office said on Sunday

In Guangdong, Mr Lee will meet and be hosted to lunch by Guangdong Communist Party chief Huang Kunming. Mr Lee will also meet Singaporeans in Guangdong

In Hainan, Mr Lee will attend the opening plenary of the Bo’ao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference and deliver a speech

He will attend an official lunch hosted by Premier Li for the foreign leaders attending the conference
