2 male youths to be charged for allegedly stabbing 22-year-old man in Kampong Glam
SINGAPORE — Two men will be charged in court on Saturday (March 18) for allegedly stabbing a 22-year-old man along Aliwal Street in Kampong Glam.

The duo — a 22-year-old man and a 23-year-old man — will be charged with voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapon, the police said in a statement on Friday.
The police said that they were alerted to the case along Aliwal Street on Friday at 2.57am.
The pair were allegedly involved in the stabbing of another 22-year-old man.
TODAY has reached out to the police for more details, such as the type of weapon used.
The victim was found with cuts on his right chest and was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
He was conscious at the time, the police said.
They later arrested the two men after establishing their identity through follow-up investigations, as well as images from the police and closed-circuit television cameras.
Anyone convicted of voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapon may face life imprisonment or be jailed for up to 15 years.
They may also be caned or fined, or both.
