SINGAPORE — Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean presented the Singapore Youth Award 2013 to Mr Muhammad Riduan Bin Zalani, Ms Koh Hui Ling, Dr Juliana Chan, Mr Martin Tan, Ms Jean Ng and Ms Laurentia Tan at the Istana today (July 7).

The Medal of Commendation 2013 was presented to Associate Professor Ong Soh Khim and The Boys’ Brigade Share-a-Gift project.
The Singapore Youth Award honours exceptional young people who enrich the heart and souls of the community and bring distinction to the nation.
The Medal of Commendation is awarded to past SYA recipients whose achievements and contributions to society have superseded and surpassed previous achievements and contributions for at least five years after their award. CHANNEL NEWSASIA
