SINGAPORE — A car fire broke out along Upper Thomson Road on Saturday (Feb 13) evening.

A video circulating online shows a car on fire, with thick, black smoke billowing out from it, in front of Thomson Plaza.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the fire at about 6.50pm.

The fire took place on the same day that a car collided into a shophouse on Saturday morning and caught fire, killing all five people inside.
