Cyclist, 64, dies after accident with car in Tampines; driver arrested
SINGAPORE — A 64-year-old man died early on Thursday (Nov 21) morning after he was involved in an accident with a car in Tampines.

The cyclist involved in a road accident (above) was taken to Changi General Hospital and he died on the way there, the police said.
SINGAPORE — A 64-year-old man died early on Thursday (Nov 21) morning after he was involved in an accident with a car in Tampines.
The police said that it was alerted at about 8.15am to an accident involving a car and a cyclist along Tampines Avenue 3, before Tampines Street 82.
The cyclist was taken to Changi General Hospital and he died on the way there, the police said.
The driver of the car, a 47-year-old man, was later arrested.

A broken blue umbrella can be seen in front of the vehicle.
Police investigations are ongoing.
