There are now 148 cases linked to the KTV cluster, the ministry said in its statement.
On Friday, the Government said that it had quarantined 2,480 people who could potentially be part of the cluster.
They are staff members of the KTV lounges, as well as some patrons of the nightclubs detected through the SafeEntry and TraceTogether contact-tracing systems.
MOH advised all visitors to the affected premises to monitor their health closely and minimise social interactions as far as possible for 14 days from their date of visit or interaction.
They are encouraged to see a doctor immediately if they feel unwell.
