Love Child Organics baby food products recalled due to packaging defect: AVA
SINGAPORE — Following an alert issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, baby food pouches from Love Child Organics have been recalled here due to packaging defects that may allow the entry of spoilage micro-organsims.
SINGAPORE — Following an alert issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, baby food pouches from Love Child Organics have been recalled here due to packaging defects that may allow the entry of spoilage micro-organsims.
In a media statement on Thursday (June 7) evening, the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) said that the “importer has voluntarily recalled the implicated products from sale”.
The recall for the products — which are made in Canada — has been completed, said the AVA.
All of the products which has been recalled include “best before dates up to and including May 25, 2019”.
The AVA added that consumers who have purchased the implicated products are advised to not consume them.

a. Love Child Organics Thanksgiving Dinner with Veggies + Turkey (128ml)
b. Love Child Organics Veggie Casserole with Lentils + Quinoa (128ml)
c. Love Child Organics Ratatouille with Lentils + White Beans (128ml)
d. Love Child Organics Pumpkin Risotto with Spinach + Chickpeas (128ml)
e. Love Child Organics Hearty Bolognese (128ml)
f. Love Child Organics Mango Chicken Stew (128ml)
g. Love Child Organics Vegetarian Chili with Sweet Potato + Kale (128ml)
