MediaCorp staff take part in International Coastal Cleanup
As part of its Saving Gaia initiative, MediaCorp is supporting the International Coastal Cleanup for the first time, with close to 40 staff spending Saturday morning cleaning Selimang Beach, which is next to Sembawang Beach. The International Coastal Cleanup is an annual event held in about 100 countries and coordinated by United States-based non-profit organisation Ocean Conservancy. Started in 2007, MediaCorp’s Saving Gaia initiative has grown into a month-long multi-platform campaign promoting environmental awareness. Photo. Ernest Chua
