According to the flash estimate of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI), overall resale private home prices dipped 0.7 per cent last month, compared to a 0.4 per cent on-month decrease in prices in August.
The SRPI showed that resale prices for private homes in the central areas fell 1.7 per cent, while prices of small units declined 1.9 per cent in September.
Meanwhile, prices of resale units outside the central area inched up 0.1 per cent last month. CHANNEL NEWSASIA
