'I have nothing to hide': Shanmugam welcomes legitimate questions, slams 'outrageous' allegations over rental of Ridout Road state property

Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam said that he has "nothing to hide" over a bungalow on Ridout Road that he had rented

He told reporters that allegations made over the rental of the state property were "outrageous"

Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, who rented another bungalow on Ridout Road, said he was glad that Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong had agreed to a review on this matter

Mr Lee said that he had agreed to the request for a review by the two ministers

Senior Minister Teo Chee Hean will head the review and publish findings ahead of the July parliamentary sitting
