Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day message in the evening. 

  • Former Malaysian prime minister Najib Razak will be charged at the Kuala Lumpur High Court under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001. He was questioned on Tuesday by anti-graft investigators in connection with the multibillion-dollar scandal at state fund 1MDB. 

  • The Certificate of Entitlement bidding exercise will close at 4pm. In the last round, premiums for small cars shot up almost 31 per cent to S$32,699 amid heightened car-buying interest and a sales rush.
