SINGAPORE — From Monday (Feb 1), members of the public will be able to collect their TraceTogether token at any of the 108 community centres and community clubs (CCs) across the island.

The Smart Nation and Digital Government Office said in a Facebook post on Thursday that it will be setting up collection points at CCs so that people can visit and collect the contact-tracing tokens at their convenience.

The distribution of the tokens had been suspended at the CCs in October last year due to overwhelming demand but had resumed at 38 CCs earlier this month.

If the token is faulty or the battery has run out, the public also may visit any one of the CCs to get it replaced. This would be when there is a blinking red light on the token or if the light has stopped blinking.

“If you see a green light that is blinking about once every minute, this means your token is working well,” the government agency said.
