Trump to land in Singapore on Sunday night, ahead of historic summit with Kim Jong-un
SINGAPORE — United States President Donald Trump is expected to arrive in Singapore late on Sunday (June 10) night, ahead of his highly-anticipated summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on Tuesday morning.

SINGAPORE — United States President Donald Trump is expected to arrive in Singapore late on Sunday (June 10) night, ahead of his highly-anticipated summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on Tuesday morning.
Mr Trump will "travel directly" to Singapore on Saturday after attending the Group of Seven (G7) summit in Charlevoix, Canada, according to White House press secretary Sarah Sanders.
The flight time from Canada to Singapore is about 17 hours. Mr Trump's Air Force One is expected to land at the Paya Lebar Airbase.
Ms Sanders said in a statement on Friday: "President Trump will depart the G7 Summit at Charlevoix at 10:30 am Saturday (local time) .... The President will travel directly to Singapore from Canada in anticipation of his upcoming meeting with North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un (on) Tuesday."
There has been no official information on Mr Kim's itinerary.
