Bernice Lim wins Indonesia International Open again
Singapore national kegler Bernice Lim picked up her second Indonesia International Open title yesterday, defeating Malaysia’s Alisha Iman Cheong over two games in the stepladder finals. At the Jaya Ancol Bowling Centre in Jakarta yesterday, 22-year-old Lim bounced back from losing 214-217 to Cheong in the first game to take the decider 248-245 and with it the title. Lim picked up the trophy she last won in 2007, following up on compatriot Geraldine Ng’s win in this event last year. Ng also made the stepladder finals this year but finished third runner-up.
