Architect of Golden Mile Complex wanted to be "bold"

TODAY speaks with Tay Kheng Soon, one of the three architects behind the design of Golden Mile Complex. Mr Tay considered himself as part of the "modernist revolutionary class". The 16-storey building was one of the first developments in Singapore to feature offices, shops and residences.
