A bus terminal for Changi’s jewel?

I applaud the design team/authority for the creative “Project Jewel” building. (“A first look at Changi Airport’s new ‘Jewel’”; Aug 19, online).

I hope that a bus terminal without height restrictions for double-decker buses could be incorporated in the project, so that bus passengers enjoy better services.

Only single-decker buses can now be used at the airport due to the low height of the existing bus terminals. These could be rezoned as retail spaces for more revenue generation. Or would the relevant authorities never allow double-decker buses to ply to Changi Airport?
