It is not known if it is an act of mischief or that they could have fallen due to a thunderstorm.
My question is, how can these bike-sharing firms afford to leave so many bikes abandoned for so many months without inspection and care, at a place where there is no assigned docking space?
Is this not a huge loss of income to them? Or is it a case of oversupply?
