Singapore’s car ownership system is ideal
Singapore is not built for heavy traffic because we do not have the luxury of plentiful land.

That not everyone can own a car is ideal in my perspective. The Electronic Road Pricing system and the high Certificate of Entitlement prices is good because it aims to keep traffic to an acceptable level.
If traffic is not controlled. Singapore would spend more money clearing polluted air caused by cars. In other words, those who pollute the air should pay for it.
Furthermore, we have one of the best transport systems in the world, even with the recent breakdowns and congestion on trains.
