Speed-regulating gates will be installed at park connector for safety

We would like to thank Mr K Thiveanathan for his letter “Park connector crossing to Boon Lay Way can be made safer for users” (April 30). 

We would like to inform the public that there are plans to improve safety at the mentioned segment of the Jurong Park Connector.

We will be installing speed-regulating gates near the vehicular bridge along Boon Lay Way to help slow down traffic on the park connector. Works are expected to complete by mid-2018.
