PM Lee on the quality of debate in Parliament

When asked how parliamentary debates in Singapore have changed with more opposition MPs in the House, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said there is improvement if viewed as a "television debate".
However, it is unclear if people's understanding of current affairs has gotten better, as some topics become opportunities for the opposition to score political points in Parliament.
