Inflation has hit every segment of society hard but it seems that youths in particular are having a tough time grappling with it. The TODAY Youth Survey 2022 found one in three youths citing cost of living as their main source of mental health struggle. Apart from cost of living, many youths say work and parents are also affecting their mental well-being. How can youths better manage their anxieties including those caused by financial challenges? Is there adequate support at work and in the community now that there is greater awareness of mental health issues?
