KENINGAU (Malaysia) — Enraged by being issued a summons, a man used a bulldozer to flip a Road Transport Department (RTD) vehicle on its side.

The incident happened when a team of RTD enforcement officers was patrolling along Jalan Kepayan near Kampung Megatang, here, in their four-wheel-drive vehicle.

The team was said to have stopped the man who was driving the bulldozer and discovered that he did not have the F Class driving licence necessary to operate the heavy machine.

When the summons was issued, the driver unleashed his anger by driving the bulldozer into the RTD vehicle.

Several video clips, which went viral on social media, showed RTD enforcement officers unsuccessfully trying to calm the man down.

District police chief Deputy Superintendent Nor Rafidah Kasim when contacted confirmed the incident and would issue a statement on it soon.

It was learnt the enforcement officers were unhurt in the incident. The RTD vehicle, however, was badly damaged.
