SINGAPORE — After the thrill of Hollywood A-listers such as Tom Hanks, Charlize Theron and Chris Evans arriving in Singapore to promote their films, make way for the royalty of Asian cinema—Chow Yun Fat, Aaron Kwok and Eddie Peng who will be in town July 5 to 6 to promote their latest flick Cold War 2 as part of the Singapore Star Tour from July 5 to 6 at Marina Bay Sands.

The three stars will be here for a press conference, followed by a red carpet appearance and a gala premiere of the film at Sands Theatre.

Cold War was the highest grossing Hong Kong film in 2012, and won nine awards at the 32nd Hong Kong Film Awards including Best Actor for Tony Leung Ka Fai, Best Film and Best Director, and its sequel looks set to be more action-packed as directors Longman Leung and Sunny Luk spent four years planning and producing it. Movie-goers can also look forward to a much-anticipated showdown among the veteran actors with the addition of the legendary Chow

Cold War 2 will be released in cinemas here on July 8.
