Class 95FM is No 1 English radio station

SINGAPORE — MediaCorp’s English and Chinese radio stations continue to rule the airwaves, according to latest Nielsen Radio Diary Survey. Class 95FM continues to be listeners’ top English station with a listenership of 16.2 per cent. Gold 905 had a listenership of 11.3 per cent and is the most-listened-to English station playing songs from the ’80s and ’90s. 987FM remains the Number One Hit Music station in Singapore with listenership at 9.1 per cent.

SINGAPORE — MediaCorp’s English and Chinese radio stations continue to rule the airwaves, according to latest Nielsen Radio Diary Survey. Class 95FM continues to be listeners’ top English station with a listenership of 16.2 per cent. Gold 905 had a listenership of 11.3 per cent and is the most-listened-to English station playing songs from the ’80s and ’90s. 987FM remains the Number One Hit Music station in Singapore with listenership at 9.1 per cent.

MediaCorp’s Chinese stations, Love 97.2FM, YES 933 and Capital 95.8FM, retain the top three most-listened-to radio stations in Singapore, with the number one spot going to Love 97.2FM at 20.2 per cent listenership. In second and third positions are YES 933 and Capital 95.8FM, with listenership at 18.2 per cent and 17.3 per cent, respectively.

The latest Nielsen Radio Diary Survey also confirmed MediaCorp radio stations’ popularity with listeners, with eight of the top 10 radio stations from MediaCorp.
