SINGAPORE — Local actress and TV host Belinda Lee has left Mediacorp.
The 39-year-old posted two telling messages on her Facebook and Instagram accounts.
On Thursday (March 2) afternoon, she wrote: "For all of you who have loved and supported me since day one, I am grateful. Without you, I would not have the courage to chase my dreams. Let's experience the adventures of life together. Because of you, I am brave!"
The Peace And Prosperity actress also listed new management in the post, listing Kelly Chew - former managing director of Sony BMG Music Entertainment Singapore and founder of Elim Chew TV and CNR Records Asia - as her contact person.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, she thanked Mediacorp for the "support, insight and the great opportunities" the company gave her over the years.
"While you have played an integral part in my life, it's time now for me to embark on a new adventure, using the strength of the wings you have given me, soaring in the skies on my own," she wrote, adding a hashtag for "a new beginning".
